Nori Thai & Ramen

I have heard about authentic ramen for a few years now, mostly from my friends who live in New York City. It is one of those food fads that has taken over as of late. So when my friend and fellow foodie, Anika Ginzler, author and creator at milesandmimosas.net (Instagram: @milesandmimosas) told me I had to go to Nori Thai & Ramen, I ran! She highly recommended that I order the Spicy Miso Ramen, so that’s exactly what I got. No exaggeration whatsoever……..one of the BEST dishes I have ever had in my entire life! It was a perfect blend of spice and flavors. My eating partner ordered the traditional Chicken Pad Thai, which was also outstanding. Definitely go at lunch time as both of our meals, which came with a side salad (best peanut dressing I’ve ever had also), came to only $10! You won’t find a better or higher quality lunch in Boca then this!

Spicy Miso Ramen – nori’s tonkotsu broth with spicy bean paste, chashu pork, bocchoy, corn, bean sprout, kikurage mushrooms, half seasoned broiled egg, sesame, scallions, and hot sesame oil.

  1. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried the spicy ramen because it’s a pork broth. BUT I’ve had the soy-based ramen and absolutely loved it. I’ve also had their green curry, pad thai and drunken noodles and could seriously go on and on forever about how amazing they all were. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town!
