Death or Glory – NEW MENU

One year in (next month), and Death or Glory is firing on all cylinders! Executive Chef Jesse Steele has been serving up some of the best food in Delray Beach for years. Before his days at Death or Glory he ran some of the best kitchens in town (32 East, Sweetwater, 3rd & 3rd) just to name a few. But now that he is running the show at Death or Glory, the food and flavors he creates have ascended to a new level of DANK! That is what happens when you work with fantastic owners who believe in a Chef’s skills and passion and let him create as he sees fit. IT IS WORKING!

In addition to the classics that Death or Glory has become famous for (crispy chickpeas, incredible cocktails, brussels), Chef Jesse is now offering a ton of vegan options on the brand NEW menu. I love me some steak and chicken, but these new vegan dishes are incredible and deserve some serious attention! About a third of the menu is now vegan, sure to make some local hippies I know happy! New plates include two new pastas, a DANK fish item and two cuts of steak.

The food isn’t the only reason to go check out Death or Glory. Yes, they have an amazing staff. Yes, they have amazing decor. Yes, the bartenders have mustaches and wear funny hats. Yes, the drinks are strong. BUT, what they really have been crushing is the craft cocktail game! Nobody in town is pumping out drinks like the bar at Death or Glory. The cocktail list is ever changing and evolving. Unique and classic all at the same time. We got our hands on a few of the new drinks.
