Taking over the former Stir Crazy location in the Town Center mall, welcome to the neighborhood True Food Kitchen. TFK is an award-winning seasonally inspired health-driven restaurant, which opened up in Boca Raton this past February at Town Center mall. TFK has over 20 locations from California to Florida and everywhere in between. Co-founded by integrative medicine expert Dr. Andrew Weil and nine-time James Beard Award nominee for Restaurateur of the Year Sam Fox, True Food Kitchen’s progressive and flavor-forward menu is rooted in the principles of Dr. Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet. TFK caters to foodie palates and preferences with a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan offerings for brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails.

I know what you are thinking, healthy food on LifeOfTheDank, what!?!?!? I will admit that I typically don’t like the “healthy food” places in town but this place really has changed my mind! They have mastered making healthy food taste and look freaking incredible! The restaurant regularly rotates its menu to highlight seasonal ingredients and simple preparations to let guests experience produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor. Since being invited in for the grand opening I have been back to True Food over a dozen times and been satisfied each and every time. Lucky for me, I work about a half mile away from TFK, and it has already become a regular in the office lunch rotation.
