Devour Brewery & Red Splendor Beer Dinner

On May 22nd, Devour Brewery in Boynton Beach held their very first beer dinner with Chef Dan Ramos of Red Splendor. Red Splendor is a local team of Chef’s that do pop-ups all over Palm Beach County, specifically at breweries and green markets. In addition to making some of the best damn food I have ever tasted, Red Splendor is also known for their bone broth and sausages. You can purchase the broth and sausages whenever they are setup at a farmers market or find it in one of the local restaurants. Chef Dan works with all the great Chef’s in town!

This was Devour Brewery and Red Splendor’s first foodie adventure together and it went off without a hitch! Chef Dan is a pro at putting these type of dinners together, he wrote up and prepared a devious menu. The food was excellent (you’ll see soon) but the beer deserves just as much attention! The event was organized and hosted by Matt Smith who is the Operations Manager at Devour. Both Matt and Brewmaster/Owner, Chip Breighner, came up with all of the beer pairings. They killed it! Every course was perfectly paired and balanced with one of Devour’s flagship brews.
